Deckhand Skills: The Most Important Aboard A Yacht

If I were asked to name the most important skill a deckhand should have, you might be surprised. It's not some technical ability or deep knowledge of boat handling or anything like that.  It's enthusiasm, combined with confidence and a sincere willingness to learn.  If you have these traits you will go far in a yacht crew career.
